Delete Your Data

1. Erase what Astro Ratan remembers — instantly, on WhatsApp

You do not need to ask anyone. Message Astro Ratan on WhatsApp and simply tell him to forget you — for example, “delete my memory” or “forget everything about me”. He will confirm before erasing, and the details he has remembered about your life are removed.

2. Delete your account and all your data

You can initiate account deletion from this public page without reinstalling or opening the app. To remove your account — including birth details, charts, conversations and family profiles — email wecare@astroratan.ai from the email linked to your account, or identify the registered WhatsApp number in your request.

• Tell us the WhatsApp number your account uses, so we can identify it correctly.
• We confirm the request comes from you before anything is erased.
• We complete a verified deletion request within 7 days, except for the limited records we must retain as explained below or where applicable law requires another period.
• We will confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.

3. What is removed

On a verified account-deletion request we erase the personal information we hold about you:

• Your name, and your date, time and place of birth.
• Your computed charts, readings, reports and briefings.
• Your conversation history and everything Astro Ratan remembered about you.
• Your AI-content safety reports and optional explanations, except any de-identified safeguard record that no longer identifies you.
• Family profiles you created, including their birth details.
• Your authentication sessions, account preferences and contact details, except a minimal suppression record needed to honour an opt-out.

4. What we may need to keep

We remove your data except where the law requires us to retain limited records — for example invoices, tax and accounting records for payments you made, and minimal security or fraud-prevention logs. These are kept only for as long as we are legally required to keep them, and are not used to personalise anything for you.

5. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately

Deleting the app, asking us to delete the Astro Ratan account or completing account deletion does not by itself cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. Cancel future renewal first in Astro Ratan's subscription controls or in Google Play. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

6. Stopping messages without deleting your data

If you only want us to stop messaging you, you do not have to delete anything. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to wecare@astroratan.ai. We will stop contacting you and keep a minimal record of your choice so that we can honour it.

7. Questions and grievances
