Delete Your Data

1. Erase what Astro Ratan remembers — instantly, on WhatsApp

You do not need to ask anyone. Message Astro Ratan on WhatsApp and simply tell him to forget you — for example, “delete my memory” or “forget everything about me”. He will confirm before erasing, and the details he has remembered about your life are removed.

2. Delete your account and all your data

To remove your account entirely — your birth details, your charts, your conversations and any family profiles you added — write to wecare@astrocorp.in from the email or WhatsApp number linked to your account, asking us to delete your data.

• Tell us the WhatsApp number your account uses, so we can identify it correctly.
• We confirm the request comes from you before anything is erased.
• We action verified requests promptly and, in any case, within the time applicable law allows.
• We will confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.

3. What is removed

On a verified account-deletion request we erase the personal information we hold about you:

• Your name, and your date, time and place of birth.
• Your computed charts, readings, reports and briefings.
• Your conversation history and everything Astro Ratan remembered about you.
• Family profiles you created, including their birth details.
• Your contact details, unless you ask us to keep you on our do-not-contact list.

4. What we may need to keep

We remove your data except where the law requires us to retain limited records — for example invoices, tax and accounting records for payments you made, and minimal security or fraud-prevention logs. These are kept only for as long as we are legally required to keep them, and are not used to personalise anything for you.

5. Stopping messages without deleting your data

If you only want us to stop messaging you, you do not have to delete anything. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to wecare@astrocorp.in. We will stop contacting you and keep a minimal record of your choice so that we can honour it.
