1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Astro Ratan, you agree to these Terms of Service. Astro Ratan is operated by Astrocorp Techlab Private Limited (“we”, “us”), Hyderabad, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use Astro Ratan

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate birth and contact details, since the quality of your guidance depends on them.

3. The service

Astro Ratan provides Vedic astrology readings and related guidance through its Android app, WhatsApp and the web — a personalised reading of your birth chart, daily briefings, alerts, compatibility, muhurat, remedies and reports.

4. Guidance, not professional advice

Astro Ratan offers astrological perspective for reflection and direction. It is not a promise of fixed outcomes, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on it remain your own responsibility.

5. Your account & details

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may add family profiles only for people whose details you’re entitled to provide.

6. Plans, billing & renewals

Astro Ratan offers Starter (monthly), Essential (four terms), Premium (four terms and at early-bird launch pricing) — purchased through the applicable payment provider. The website and WhatsApp prices below are in ₹ for India and USD for international cards:

• Starter · Monthly — ₹399 · outside India $5.
• Starter includes 35 questions per month, for your own chart only — it does not include adding family profiles (family members saved during your free trial remain readable). It renews monthly at the then-current price; cancel anytime.
• Essential · Monthly — ₹699 · outside India $9.
• Essential · 3 Months — ₹1,999 (about ₹666/month) · outside India $26.
• Essential · 6 Months — ₹3,799 (about ₹633/month) · outside India $49.
• Essential · 12 Months — ₹6,999 (about ₹583/month) · outside India $89.
• Essential includes 75 questions per month and 1 family profile alongside your own. Terms renew automatically; cancel anytime.
• Premium · 1 month — ₹1,599 (regularly ₹3,499) · outside India $20 (regularly $44).
• Premium · 3 months — ₹4,599 (regularly ₹9,799; about ₹1,533/month) · outside India $57 (regularly $119).
• Premium · 6 months — ₹8,599 (regularly ₹17,499; about ₹1,433/month) · outside India $107 (regularly $219).
• Premium · 12 months — ₹15,999 (regularly ₹29,999; about ₹1,333/month — about 2 months free; our best value) · outside India $199 (regularly $379).
• Premium includes 240 questions per month and up to 3 family profiles.
• Question top-ups are an add-on for members on an active plan (Starter, Essential or Premium) and are offered only where a supported checkout displays them. They add questions to the plan you already hold; they are not a plan, are not sold on their own, and do not by themselves give access to the service. Prices on the website and WhatsApp: 10 questions for ₹129, 20 for ₹249, 50 for ₹549, or 100 for ₹999 (outside India $1.99 / $3.49 / $7.49 / $12.99). Top-up questions expire with the validity shown at purchase and are non-refundable once added.
• Family profiles: each profile's birth details may be refined up to 3 times per calendar month (resets on the 1st, IST). Where the supported website or WhatsApp checkout offers it, replacing a profile with a different person carries a one-time ₹59 profile-swap fee in India ($1 outside India).
• Free trial: 7 days or 10 questions, whichever comes first. A one-time token charge of ₹1 in India or $1 internationally verifies your payment method to begin. The trial questions themselves are free. A valid launch coupon may grant additional trial questions.
• Early-bird prices are a limited launch offer; the regular price applies once it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price unless you cancel beforehand. We’ll give notice of any price change.
• Payment provider: website and WhatsApp purchases are processed by Razorpay. Purchases initiated inside the Google Play-distributed Android app are processed by Google Play Billing; the product, local price, billing period and offer shown by Google Play at confirmation are authoritative for that purchase.
• Android v1 sells only the recurring subscriptions shown in its Google Play checkout. Custom plans, question top-ups, paid reports, family packs and profile-swap purchases are not offered for purchase inside that Play-distributed app; entitlements bought through another supported Astro Ratan channel remain usable after login.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your Astro Ratan subscription controls. A Google Play subscription can also be cancelled in Google Play's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the term already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not itself cancel a subscription.

8. Refunds

The free trial lets you experience Astro Ratan before paying. Once a paid term begins, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, the applicable payment provider's policies or expressly stated by us. If something’s gone wrong, write to wecare@astroratan.ai; for Google Play purchases, you may also use Google Play's refund and order-support process.

9. Acceptable use

Please use Astro Ratan lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, resell access, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or end access for misuse, fraud or non-payment.

• Astro Ratan must never be used to evaluate a person for employment, hiring, promotion, termination or the management of workers; for tenancy or housing; for lending, credit or insurance; or for admission to any institution. This applies however the request is worded, and to our API as well as the app.
• More broadly, do not use Astro Ratan to assess someone who is not taking part in the reading — any situation where one party judges another without that person’s knowledge or participation.
• Compatibility readings are for people who both want one, and every person in a marriage compatibility reading must be 18 or older.
• We refuse these uses in the product itself, not only in this clause. Where we detect them, we decline and say why.

10. Your content & ours

Your birth details and conversations remain yours. Reports you commission are yours to keep. The Astro Ratan name, design, and the readings’ presentation are ours; you may use them for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the service.

11. Availability & liability

We work to keep Astro Ratan available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or particular outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
