What does this calculator actually use to compute my chart?
The same engine Astro Ratan uses for every paid reading: exact planetary positions computed to the degree on the Swiss Ephemeris, with the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa — the sidereal standard behind India's official Rashtriya Panchang.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
You can still get a chart — check "I don't know my exact birth time" and it computes from noon instead. Your Moon sign and planetary positions will be close, but your ascendant and house placements need a real birth time to be reliable, so treat those as approximate.
Is my birth information stored anywhere?
No. This calculator computes your chart and shows it to you — it does not write your birth details to any database. If you continue to Astro Ratan on WhatsApp afterward, that's a separate, explicit step where your chart is then remembered for future conversations.
