A significator sitting in the house it naturally signifies, and a trikoṇa house at that, is a genuinely strong combination.
It tends to show as ease with learning, a mind that enjoys teaching others, and a natural pull toward philosophy, scripture or subjects with depth. Where the 5th also governs speculation and creativity, Jupiter here often gives good judgement in those areas — and, being Jupiter, a tendency to be generous with the results.
On children, the classical texts are optimistic, and it is worth being careful about how far that is taken. Jupiter in the 5th is a supportive indication, not a guarantee, and matters of childbearing depend on far more than one placement — the 5th lord, the Saptāṁśa divisional chart, both partners' charts and the running daśā all matter. Anyone reading a single placement as a promise about children is overreaching, and the subject is too tender for that.
There is one honest caution. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, including optimism itself. In the house of speculation that can mean confidence outrunning judgement, particularly where Jupiter is not well dignified for your ascendant.
